Bill Kessler

Bill started his career in the tool and die trade in 1968. In 1976 he took over his dad’s auto parts and service business. At that time he tested for and was granted a Master Mechanic’s license form the state. He owned and operated that business for 10 years before returning to the precision machining trade.

In 1983 he bought his first rental property, a three unit apartment and lived in one unit while working on the others. He continued to buy and improve property after that .

On St. Valentine’s day of 1987 he married Kay Bradley In a double wedding with his brother Tom and Kay’s twin sister Kris.

He most recently owned and operated Custom Mold and Engineering in Marysville until 2001. By then most of the manufacturing work was being exported and the rest was not profitable. He closed that business and now works full time in his property investments.
