	Conventions, Sports and Leisure: A twelve page updated financial analysis, commissioned by the City of Port Huron. The original study was for the McMorran Complex as a Convention Center and it was adapted to the Thomas Edison Inn Convention Center.

	On December 14, 2011, County Commissioner Steve Simasko posed the following seven questions, prior to his dissenting vote. In general, he felt that the Board was moving too quickly and that many questions were left unanswered.
	It is estimated that it will take four years for this project to stabilize at an operating loss between $46,000 and $186,000, what is the total cash flow to the county and can we estimate the cost of getting through the first four years?
	The history of Convention Centers financed by local governments is not so good. Here are two, the one in Queens is being proposed by Gov. Cuomo, with much dissent. The new Convention Center in Boston, will open in a few months but will not reach its booking potential for a decade.
